A/B/O universes are generally an over-complex excuse to write "and then my OTP were overcome with ~hormones~ and had lots of rowdy possessive sex." There's no way Madoka and Homura will have it so easy.

For purposes of this fic, omega men and alpha women can both get pregnant and impregnate someone else; alpha women are basically futas; omegas periodically go into heat, starting in their late teens; everybody has an overactive sense of smell; and responsible alphas and omegas take a lot of hormone-suppressant meds to keep from totally disrupting society. There are, obviously, a lot of weird sexual dynamics going on in this fic. Also a lot of violence and death, but that's just because it's PMMM.
