One morning, Carlos spontaneously bursts into song on his way to work. Then the people around him start singing backup. Turns out everyone in the greater Night Vale & Desert Bluffs area has started breaking into random musical numbers...just in time to hold the world's most well-choreographed corporate invasion.
Canon-divergent starting from Yellow Helicopters, although in the beginning the main difference is that more of it is set to music. Song links can be found at the end of every chapter.
