The story is locked, because it's wife!fic, but joining is free. Takes place when George is about five, and it's basically wonderful from the disclaimer ("This story is an AU of an AU of an AU of reality...") onward.
Thing the Second:
Truthiness And Relative Dimensions In Space got nominated in the Children of Time awards! It's under the Crossover category in the Classic Who section.
The CoT awards have sparked a lot of flailing around fandom, but shh, let me feel honored anyway.
