Kyuubei is a girl.

So is Kyousuke. The yuri subtext is text, and it's there from the beginning.

Tomohisa is a woman. S/he and Junko reproduced via Science!. Neither one has a Y chromosome, so Tatsuya is a girl too.

In fact, there are no boys anywhere in the series. Someone, at some point, wished them all out of the universe. Oops? (Maybe during the final timeline, a teenage Tatsuko can wish them back in.)

Batman (Nolan), pretending to be married.

Hm. My grasp on the various strains of DC and Marvel canons is fuzzy at best (and I haven't even seen the third Nolan Batman movie), so the story would end up being pretty Generic Batman.

For maximum crack value, it all starts when, oh, say, Kurt Hummel sneaks into a Bruce Wayne party and stumbles over the Bat-secret. He bluffs his way into demanding that Brucie fake-marry him and support his family. And instead of horribly backfiring with the Hudson-Hummels getting captured and tortured by some supervillain, Kurt becomes invaluable at distracting people when Bruce needs to sneak away, and gets to spend his days snarking at high fashion and his nights designing stylish yet practical uniforms for these orphans they keep accidentally taking in.

Torchwood, genderswap (and, if you feel like a challenge: Jack Harkness, secretly a virgin) :)

For the first one: Someone accidentally uses an alien device that changes everyone in Torchwood's gender. But not their sexes. So they spend a couple of weeks feeling weird and uncomfortable and not quite grasping why, some gender-presentation experimentation starts to creep in, and finally Jack solves it by digging through the storage rooms until he discovers an insta-sex-changing device.

For the second one: Jack gets hit by a very selective memory wipe. Now he's stuck in some very tense situation or another, and has to convincingly pose as himself...including all the sexual experience he can't remember.

Sherlock/John, truth or dare

They're tied up in a warehouse somewhere. Sherlock announces that he has exhausted all possible deductions from the scene around them, and is bored. John suggests Truth or Dare.

It turns out Sherlock is really, really inventive at coming with embarrassing dares John can be forced to complete even while handcuffed to a radiator on the opposite side of the room.

Jon/Stephen, High School / College AU

Stephen's in debate club, and Very Serious about it. Jon joins on a lark, and crushes him in the first round, with a combination of wittily delivered facts and well-timed giggling. Then they become BFFs and eventually make out.
