This continues to be so strong, so well written. You've really nailed the characters and I can't wait to see how this progresses--what happens, how they get back--if they get back. I like your use of Stephen's faith too. The part beginning with "He never could explain it..." is beautiful. Interesting that character!Stephen has a rosary as well (perfect that it's gaudy). I like the humor here too with Alison and Eric. I really look forward to new chapters of this.
