Mix - Marimite - dark-colored school uniforms
Fandom: Maria-sama ga Miteru (Marimite) (English title: Mary Watches Over Us)
Title: dark-colored school uniforms
For
fanmix theme #14 - "Hush" (instrumental)
As a series, Marimite is the closest thing I have ever seen to pure character development, unsullied by plot. Things happen, but the series is not about the things. It's about the people.
So here's a mix for the students of Lillian.
Loreena McKennitt - Prologue
Entering the garden of maidens.
Oasis & Yiruma - Flowers We Are
The Rose Council. Flowers, indeed.
Ryou Kunihiko - Upstairs, Downstairs
The Yellow Roses. Between the strong Rei and the strong-willed Yoshino, there's always energy and excitement here.
Rob Costlow - Not Alone
The Red Roses. Sachiko doesn't want a soeur, and Yumi is shy at first about approaching her, but they begin to come together.
W. G. "Snuffy" Walden - Love Unspoken
The White Roses. Sei may protect Shimako, but Shimako also takes care of Sei.
Stephen Warbeck - The End
The Roses graduate, clearing the way for the en boutons.
Tori Amos - Kissing In The Rain
All the drama surrounding Touko, including the rainy confrontation.
Shinkichi Mitsumune - Reminiscence Paradise
Onee-samas looking fondly back on their petite soeurs.
Billy Joel - Nocturne
Night falls on Lillian.

Bonus: Royal Philharmonic Orchestra - Another Brick In The Wall
Instrumental cover of the Pink Floyd song. "Hey! Teacher! Leave those kids alone!" (Because how often do we actually see these girls in class?)
