Continuity notes:
The first story, Slow Me Down, theoretically takes place in December 2009, at the end of President Obama's (and Senator Colbert's) first year in office. But subsequent stories use events from mid-2009 as if they were current, so temporal continuity is not a huge concern here. (In other words: screw the rules, I have funny.)
Here's the current breakdown of characters' roles. If anyone else wants to write in this 'verse, you're welcome to alter it as suits your story.
