I was hoping there'd be more Joan/"Stephanie". And this was just fantastic, especially the cancer storyline, in my opinion. "Stephen" can work in so many 'verses, it's almost mind boggling. (Jon too, of course, but it's all sort of molded around how Stephen fits into the changed scenery of the universe.)
