I like religious songs that resonate. Some of the old hymns just sort of drone; some of them soar. And some modern Christian songs are solid tunes that work fine on the radio (don't get me started on the horribly annoying pop chanting ones, though), but once in a while you get one that hits those heights.

I think that's the main reason secular humanist me listens to religious music in the first place. Love songs addressed to humans so rarely manage those levels of love and hope and emotion.

So a couple of those really intense songs got thrown on this mix. Along with, y'know, Madonna.
