Oh my God. Jon, Stephen, Tad and Ranma 1/2? The word 'genius' comes to mind. I love it!

There needs to be a sequel with Jon walking in on Tad and Stephen right after Stephen's been turned back and before he's had a chance to put all his clothes back on. ;-)
