Well, if that is it, at least I doubt you'll turn it into some horrible, scary ending where the god decides not to write about our universe anymore and we all stop existing. o_o At least I hope. (Though that'd be pretty neat, plotwise.)

(Ah, I don't remember anything about the narration, so you're probably right. I've only seen that episode once. All the episodes I've seen have been because of Sci-Fi channel marathons, though, not because of my parents.)
