Well, it's something to do with IP address mix-ups. Apparently, I'm always in the middle of downloading some file or other when I try to get anything from the place, though the last time I've managed to get anything at all was three years ago, before they implemented the download slots per country thing (somehow it always appears full) and the problem with the IP address.
