If I acknowledged Seras as a character, I would feel sorry that she saw/heard her parents die. But to me she's worse than Incognito; just there for "comic relief" and to be stupid and embarrass Hellsing. Blame the anime designers/writers. (She's basically Integra's antithesis, which is also why I dislike her so much.)
