And I really do appreciate the detail more than I would the general heartage.

Those bits run the gamut from "planned since the beginning" to "last-minute additions". Stephen's extra labor and Charlene's appearance were there at the start; the scene with the doctors didn't settle into its final form until I wrote it; the kiss-counting came to mind somewhere in the middle.

I don't want to say I'll never write a sequel, but I don't have plans for one. The epilogue, while it isn't that far in the future, should help answer some of your questions.

I figured the kiss would be a hit, so I'm glad to hear the group shot has some love as well =D
