Antirejection drugs would definitely be necessary with the transplant, though; every article I've read mentions them. Think of the danger as one of the hurdles to womb transplants that has been overcome in the TCRverse to make them possible. (After all, in real life there's never been a pregnancy from a transplanted uterus even in a woman, so the science is very strained already.)
