I don't know how you write "Stephen" as being "Stephen" (okay, the character can be such an ass to his staff) but still manage to keep him endearing and sympathetic and... adorable (which I suppose is the character in a nutshell). I like this from Bobby's POV, and thanks for including links to the videos. :)
