Wow, Erin, you may have outdone yourself with this one! The ambiguity works perfectly, and having the climactic scene from Ed's POV gives it wonderfully understated tension that somehow makes Stephen's catharsis all the more powerful. Just, wow.

.. and now that I'm done sounding like a book reviewer: SQUEEEEE. Rob and Ed and TDS!Stephen! *squishes them*
