Sort of like Nightmare, but not really the same level of omgwtf. I don't know if you've ever played a Silent Hill game, but a vast majority of the monsters are just... messed up. (Please not that supplied link is highly sexual in nature and often referred to as disturbing.)

Plus there's fog. ;)
