Erin, I forbid you to write stories where Jon and "Stephen" break up.

I feel like there should be more warnings to this story. Character death, perhaps. :-/

I find it interesting that the staff wants to talk about Jon, that the delusion is so important in Stephen's life that they think he needs to talk about it.

Did he imagine all his siblings?

And why didn't the boyfriend who lived with him ever come visit? Ten years is a long time to be away from someone.
